We would like to thank Claire Bigley for all her ongoing support and promotion of our award winning comedy musicals-Caznbritney present Scottie road the musical and Mis Les...
With Claire's help, promotion, experience and producing skills we sold out at The Brindley Theatre Runcorn (2014) and created a regular audience and fan base for all our future productions.
She was a great mentor and helped us grow as a company
Claire has worked with LipService as Creative Producer (2015) for our tour of The Picture of Doreen Gray. Claire targeted key venues and liaised with them closely on an enhanced and personalised marketing campaign with excellent outcomes. She has also worked with us strategically on funding applications. As Arts Development Officer at Halton Borough Council Claire worked with LipService on community engagement for our show Desperate to be Doris, sourcing a community choir and being a partner venue. We love working with Claire!
I have worked with the lovely Claire Bigley for over 10 years, in a variety of ways, but always with a positive outcome! Claire's programming skills, understanding of her audiences and artist and theatre company practice are always spot on.
Makin projects have consulted with Claire on many project ideas and we’re thrilled to regularly be working alongside her on creative ideas and projects with a number of our touring clients and festivals.
Claire and I have shared a mutual mentorship and support process; for me Claire's project management skills have been invaluable to my businesses and I have been happy to mentor Claire as she has carved out an impressive freelance portfolio.
Any artist, company or venue who is lucky to work with Claire will reap the benefits long after the 'project' (as we are as well!) and I would encourage any UK based venue programmers and theatre makers to contact her and be rewarded by her skills as well as her professional and easy-going personality.
Claire Bigley, has been a tremendous support to myself and fellow actress, Louise McNulty during the time when we were actors in residence at the Brindley theatre where we facilitated and performed under the title of "HAIR", also touring with shows which we had been developed at the venue. Claire was a most helpful mentor who opened up many opportunities for us in terms of access to funding streams, performance opportunities and career development. Claire could be relied upon to be understanding and helpful and to be completely up to date with relevant information and contacts. Her clear sense of what is good in the performing arts added extra value to her as a guide and producer.
Claire has been insightful and skilled in helping us with our evaluation work. She has great links with the creative industry and also has a solid grounding in community and youth work principles

I worked with Claire as part of the Arts Development Team at Halton Borough Council (2003-2008). Claire was a supportive colleague and always generous with her advice.
Claire is highly valued by the people she works with and is a great source of advice and support for artists and organisations, encouraging growth and development.
Claire has a great knowledge of the arts and communities and this gives her a great perspective on developing programmes of work and where and how to get resources to support this.
Claire is passionate, and motivated by her passion for the arts to always deliver the best work. She has a strong set of values that she works and lives by.
Claire is a good person to have on your side, in your team, on your project and in your life.
